Vibrating Feeder for Crushing Plant
The vibrating feeder is a linear vibrating feeding equipment, which has the characteristics of stable vibration, reliable operation, and long service life. It can provide continuous and uniform feeding for crushing machinery and perform coarse screening of materials. It is widely used in crushing equipment in industries such as mineral processing, building materials, and chemical engineering.
The vibrating feeder is composed of a feeding tank, exciter, spring support, transmission device, etc. The vibration source of the trough vibration feeding is the exciter, which is composed of two eccentric shafts (active and passive) and a gear pair. The exciter is driven by an electric motor through a V-belt to drive the active shaft, and then the passive shaft is rotated by the gear meshing on the active shaft. The active and passive shafts rotate in the opposite direction at the same time, causing the trough to vibrate and continuously flow the material, achieving the purpose of conveying the material. The vibrating feeder uses the eccentric block in the vibrator to rotate and generate centrifugal force, forcing the movable parts such as the sieve box and vibrator to make continuous circular or approximately circular movements. The material is continuously thrown along the inclined screen surface of the sieve box and evenly delivered to the receiving port.
